Transitioned the client from outsourced to in-house development, establishing systems and calendars, onboarding staff, and designing / developing 100-piece seasonal women’s resort collections across multiple vendors. Work included everything from tech packs and fittings to QC systems to support consistent, efficient production from 2022 to 2024.
